I'm so excited that it's time for the Ultimate Blog Party! I participated in this event last year and had a blast - not to mention found some great bloggers! For those of you unfamiliar with the UBP, it's a giant blog hop that allows you to get to know people all over the blogiverse and win prizes while you're doing this.
So, for those of you finding this post through the UBP, here's a little about me:
I'm Kate. I married my best friend this past July and since then we've been working on shaping what our married life will look like. We don't have kids - yet - but we do have two adorable kittens we adopted from a local rescue group.
I blog a lot about our life in general - what we're doing and where we're going. Lately, a lot of my posts have revolved around our search for a home, what I've been cooking and my book binges. We're also travel lovers, participate in a lot of community service activities and I'm training to run my first 5k.
